1.        Establishing HR& Admin department, Drawing up HR policy and HR manual ,job analyses (determining the nature of each employee’s job),Planning labor needs and recruiting job candidates, Selecting job candidates, Orienting and training new employees, Managing wages and salaries(how to compensating employees),Providing incentives and benefits, Appraising performance.

2.        Responsible for creating, implementing and updating company HR strategy (incl. HR manual, job descriptions for key positions and organizational charts etc.)

3.        Familiar with Chinese labor law and relevant HR regulations.

4.        Set up administrate management policy(such as policy that employee how to apply for office material,vehicle management, management of buying office material and execute smoothly.

5.        Responsible for good running of the HR&ADMIN department.

Reason for Leaving: really want to work for a big and famous company, more training, more good future, etc; my current company

will move to the place far from Shanghai

Reason for Leaving: preparing for the entrance exam of MBA ,the company didn’t keep their promise pay me according to my requirement.
